Agreement
These GridSync Terms of Use (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and TrackStack Labs LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("TrackStack," "we," "us"). GridSync is a web application that displays event schedules entered by the club or organization running your event (the "Organizer"). By checking the box and selecting Continue, or by using GridSync, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use GridSync.
Unofficial schedule
GridSync displays schedule information the Organizer enters. We do not create, check, or control that information. It can be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable, including when cellular or internet service at the venue is limited. The Organizer's official schedule, announcements, drivers' meetings, and officials' instructions control over anything GridSync shows. Confirm every session time with the Organizer before you go to grid. GridSync is not a timing and scoring, flag, track-status, safety, or emergency system, and you must not rely on it for any of those purposes.
No use while driving
Do not use GridSync while operating a vehicle, on track, on pit road, in the hot pits, or anywhere an official tells you not to use a phone.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use GridSync. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms for you.
Organizer access
If the Organizer gives you access to GridSync's organizer tools, you will keep the organizer password confidential and share it only with officials the Organizer authorizes, use the organizer tools only for the Organizer's events, publish only information the Organizer authorizes, and correct errors promptly when you learn of them. You are responsible for the changes you make with the organizer tools.
Acceptable use
You will not copy, scrape, or redistribute GridSync or its content except to share the schedule for an event you are attending, access schedule data other than through the GridSync interface, interfere with GridSync or its security, reverse engineer GridSync except where the law allows it despite this restriction, or present GridSync information as an official announcement of the Organizer.
Ownership
TrackStack owns GridSync. The Organizer owns its schedule content. We give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to view GridSync for the Organizer's events.

Disclaimer
GRIDSYNC IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT GRIDSYNC WILL BE AVAILABLE, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST ENTRY FEES, TRAVEL COSTS, TRACK TIME, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO GRIDSYNC, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO GRIDSYNC WILL NOT EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50). THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE OR ANY LIABILITY THE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW US TO LIMIT.
Changes
We may change these Terms. We will post each new version with a new version number and date, and GridSync will ask you to accept it before you continue using GridSync. A change does not apply to a dispute that arose before it took effect.
Suspension
We may suspend or end GridSync, or your access to it, at any time.
Governing law and venue
Virginia law governs these Terms and any dispute relating to GridSync, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any lawsuit relating to GridSync must be filed in the state courts serving the City of Williamsburg and the County of James City, Virginia, and you and we consent to those courts' jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in a small claims court that has jurisdiction over it.
General
If a court holds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, and the limitation of liability applies to every claim it can lawfully reach. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about GridSync. If an Organizer uses GridSync under a separate agreement with TrackStack, that agreement controls as between TrackStack and the Organizer.
